I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Kyoto! The hotel offers a mix of modern luxury and traditional charm, with clean and neat rooms equipped with cozy beds and bathrooms. Although the location is a bit far from the center, it's walking distance to the vibrant Nishiki Market and close to all the essentials you could need during your stay.
Staying at this hotel felt like living in a cozy apartment suite, with a kitchenette connecting to a spacious living/dining area and a charming pocket garden. The service was outstanding, with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. The location, while a bit away from downtown, was central in a district filled with delightful bars, cafes, and boutique shops. The dining experience, although included and convenient, offered a simple mix of items. The facilities were well-kept and convenient for a relaxing stay.
I felt like I had my own little apartment rather than just a hotel room - it was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to help me source an eye doctor for my daughter. Their friendliness and warmth are the reasons I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Kyoto. The location is quite central in Kyoto, making it convenient for exploring local shops and restaurants, though a bit away from the city's hustle and bustle, giving me a more local experience. The dining options, consisting of a simple mix of items delivered to my room every morning, were convenient but required advance ordering. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and comfortable amenities.
